    In recent years, organizations in certain industries, especially the athletic and education sectors, have been propelled into the spotlight because of lawsuits stemming from allegations of sexual misconduct or abuse toward minors. A recent example would be the Larry Nassar abuse trial,  where more than 100 women gave statements alleging that this Olympics doctor had sexually abused them.
