Soules may disclose Personal Information to affiliated and nonaffiliated third parties: (1) as necessary to process or service requested or authorized transactions, such as to secure quotations for insurance, obtain insurance coverage, or report or process claims, and/or (2) that perform services on our behalf or to other institutions, including insurance companies or banks with whom Soules has joint marketing arrangements.  In addition, Soules may disclose Personal Information as otherwise permitted or required by law, including in connection with any sale of all or a part of our business or company, or pursuant to a subpoena or other request by government officials.  Soules may also share Personal Information in other circumstances as described below.

Other Disclosures to Affiliates

Soules may disclose Personal Information among our affiliates, including the family of insurance brokerage and other financial services companies owned by Soules.  You may choose to limit our ability to share so-called "Non-transactional Personal Information" with these affiliates, except as permitted or required by law.  “Non-transactional Personal Information” refers to Personal Information Soules obtains about you that does not arise directly from our transactions or experiences with you, as described under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, such as Personal Information Soules receives from consumer reporting agencies.

                  Other Disclosures to Nonaffiliated Third Parties

Although Soules does not make it a practice, we reserve the right to disclose Personal Information to certain nonaffiliated third parties. These parties may be financial service providers, such as companies engaged in insurance, securities, or banking activities.  They may also be non-financial companies, such as companies engaged in marketing or selling consumer products or services or providing internal support services.

Soules treats Personal Information about former customers in accordance with the policies described in this Privacy Policy regarding current customers.  

Active Personal Information Collection

This Website collects your Personal Information using active collection methods, such as feedback forms, e-mail response mechanisms, or other forms where you are asked to provide Personal Information.  This Website will inform you at such information collection points as to what information is required to obtain the requested services and what information is optional.  

Passive Information Collection

                Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses.  

                IP addresses are unique numeric identifiers assigned to your computer each time you access the Internet.  IP addresses contain no personally identifiable information and change each time you access the Internet. This Website is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under age 13.  If you are under the age of 13, please do not use this Website.

Soules reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time and in its sole discretion.  If this Privacy Policy changes, the revised policy will be posted at the “Privacy Policy” link on this Website’s homepage.  In addition, this Website will post the date of the latest material changes to this Privacy Policy on the homepage.
