Do not make any permanent repairs before inspection and approval by your Insurance Company claims adjuster. If you purchase materials or hire anyone to assist you with temporary repairs, please keep all receipts so that you may be reimbursed by your Insurance Company for a covered claim. Take photographs of your damaged property, make a list of all missing or damaged property, and begin gathering value documentation. You may report your claim directly to your Insurance Company by calling the toll-free numbers above. In the event of an AUTOMOBILE loss, take steps to prevent further accidents and to prevent further damage to your property. Exchange driver information and insurance company information with the other driver(s) and witnesses. Call the police as soon as possible, and discuss the specifics of the accident only with the police, your employer, our agency and your Insurance Company claims adjuster.
